Carpet Giant

I had the most amazing experience with Carpet Giant and their whole team. Natalie got to us quickly and helped us find the right carpet for our home and get it scheduled. The two gentleman that showed up to install the carpet were so great! Thoughtful to protect the edges of the walls, take care of the baseboards, and really did an amazing job. I’d highly recommend for your carpet needs!

Ax exceptional experience. After a floor nightmare, we were referred to Carpet Giant by a few individuals. We were promptly greeted by Natalie who made this process effortless. We were overwhelmed with all the choices and she helped narrow a few down and came out to the house a few days later. Not 100% convinced of the samples I chose, she called and got several more samples and came back out to the house and dropped more samples off. We were never felt pressured to “hurry up and make a decision”. Once we did finally decide, installers were at our house within 4 days to start. The installers were very meticulous and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new floor and would not hesitate to recommend Carpet Giant to anyone. Carpet giant at gulf fwy. was the very best and cant believe how good they are. Ask for James because he is the best ever and very nice with getting you the carpet you need. The people that installed my carpet was unreal with all the furniture i had and move it like no big deal and FAST. They were very professional and carpet was laid and it looks Awsome. Carpet giant was the Best ever and i will never go to anyone else.

Overall, my experience with Carpet Giant was really good! The salesman, Manny, took care of sourcing the carpet, and the installers (Frank and team) were timely, friendly, and fast, and did an AWESOME job with the installation! Similar to another reviewer, I would say that comunication needed just a little work, but I am very pleased with the end result. Carpet Giant lived up to the hype!

I Purchase carpet and padding for a bedroom from Robert who made my Purchase really quick and easy. I paid cash and a day after haviing it installed he called to check on the job that was done to my satisfaction he told me that I had gave a Xtra $100 dollars to much. I really appreciate the honesty which you don't find these days. I will definitely be referring this place to anyone I know who's wanting flooring products.
