Joaquin was easy to work with from start to finish. We had disgusting carpet from probably the 80s in our basement that we held off on replacing until recently because our senior dogs were still around and caused all kinds of animal messes down there. It also smelled like cigarettes underneath because the previous owner of our home used to be a smoker. Joaquin and his installer removed all of the old junk, kilzed the entire subfloor for us and replaced it with a nice new lush carpet all in a day. The seams are not visible and the ends and stairs are tucked well and very professionally. Competitive pricing and fast turnaround from start to finish. Thanks Joaquin for rejuvenating our space!!

We had the Carpet Guys out yesterday to install new carpet in our basement and replace the old carpet upstairs—and they were fantastic. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I called Carpet Guys, Inc up because they did an awesome job on my father's house. They came the next day, gave me an quote and I had new carpet installed within the next few weeks for my whole house. They were very kind, gave me tips on how to keep it clean and even said they would come back if we needed any repairs in the future. I would totally use them again!!!
