The guy that came to do our floors was great! We did the pet package as we have 2 dogs and 2 toddlers and it was phenomenal! All our stubborn stains were lifted. The only thing we mentioned was once the bedroom was done and he moved onto the living room, we could see an area of fur still stuck to the floor (where our dog slept under our bed). We mentioned it to him and he went back in with a brush on a drill and went at it and it pulled all of it up! They are very perceptive to going back over something if you notice something you'd like more attention on. The area in the photos where it look a maze of lines on the floor is where he went back in at the fur spot, my OCS was happy with all the lines elsewhere 🤣 We plan to use them again!

I needed to have my carpets cleaned quickly for health reasons and the carpet guys fit me in the day after I called. They were professional, earlier than expected, and did a fantastic job. Will definitely work with them again for future needs.

He worked diligently to remove a tough stain, and when it didn’t come up right away, he left and came back with additional chemicals just to keep trying. Yoni was friendly, prompt, professional, and genuinely determined to get the best possible result—not rushed, not dismissive, just committed to doing the job right. I love it! They did an amazing job. The technician took his time, and is very friendly and attentive. ALL OF MY PET STAINS ARE GONE! And my house smells refreshed!
