My wife and I have been customers of Joe since we moved to NJ in 1995. He and his install team are professional, courteous, neat, punctual and proud in their trade. The finished product is outstanding without exception. We’ve done carpeting, area rugs, stairs, LVT, hardwood floors as well as a completely renovated staircase railing. We would recommend Joe 100%. We visited a number of floor companies when we had to replace our kitchen floor after our dishwasher leaked. Carpet Heritage stood out among them all. Joe was great! He listened to our needs and desires and provided useful information and suggestions. We decided to go with a Mannington ADURAMax luxury vinyl tile and brought home a number of samples. Joe came out to measure our floor a couple of days after we made our selection. He ordered the tile while at our home to make sure it was in stock. We were very pleased with the price. As soon as the tile was delivered to his warehouse, he called us and the installation was scheduled in less than 2 weeks. I searched online for months to find area rugs without success. I went into Carpet Heritage and Joe saved the day! He was so helpful and funny; it was a great shopping experience. Joe had all my carpet choices cut to my exact measurements with his contractor Emad binding them beautifully. I picked a herringbone carpet for the stair runner and Emad considered every detail including the reveal and the herringbone direction matching at each end. Choosing carpeting and having it custom cut was the best solution for my circumstances. It was a pleasure to work with Joe and Emad. I am very happy.
