Carpet Land

Horrible experience(s)! I put everything I had into opening a store front and had the vinyl plank put in by Carpetland. When they initially installed the flooring, they put it the wrong direction, which I was able to look past, however the edge of all of the flooring was uneven and showing the concrete beneath it and some areas were popping up. They sent a so called "expert" out to fix all of the areas which took him an entire day, and he ended up having to come back the next day. The entire time he had only what I could presume was his grown child sitting at a table on his phone all day which was very awkward. A couple days later, when I came into the store, many of the areas had lifted and were peeling so I called them again. After bickering, with them to get somebody to come out and l

I’m posting this review to reach out to anyone who needs new carpet. I decided to go with carpet land after doing a search online and I had the pleasure of meeting Doug at there establishment! He sent a highly qualified team and a young man named Jesse was running the job,all I can add is I’m 100% positive that the outcome couldn’t of been better it was a very impressive job after all said and done. I highly recommend carpet land and there associates. Mr Ochoa

My experience was great! I went into the store not knowing what I wanted and just an estimated measurement. I worked with Bill who was amazing and helpful. We chose a carpet and color and we also spoke about a ballpark price. He communicated well with me the whole time, they came out to measure and laid the carpet in exactly a week from when I first went in. The individual who measured my room and the people who laid the carpet were great too. Such a great experience and we love our new carpet!

Rick Adams at Carpetland on Emmet Street in Omaha answered all our questions and helped us make our decisions regarding new flooring. Jacob Surber Flooring, along with crew John and Rich, completed the installation in two days. Great people to work with and thrilled with their finished work.

My son went to get a piece of carpet for his dorm room and they gave it to him for free as they want to support students. Hands down such a nice thing to do. Gentlemen carried it out to the car and told my son good luck to you. This says a lot about a company!
