Dean came and measured my home same day I reached out for an estimate. I met him at their SJB location and learned about carpets, brands, and pads. Dean took his time, answered questions, showed me several options and within an hour I took two samples home. I went back the next day, returned the sample and placed my order. One week later my carpet arrived and within two days they did my install. Memo and his teammate were fantastic! Very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. They did five rooms in one day. They eliminated awful transition strips and created very clean edges against existing tile.
