We absolutely are in love with our new floor! We wanted ceramic tile but with a wood look and they delivered! From start to finish, Ryan made the whole process so easy. Due to the size of our overall budget, we did quite a bit of shopping and price comparison and no one could compete with Carpet Masters pricing. When time comes that we need carpet in the bedrooms this is the first place we’ll stop.

WONDERFULLY professional and helpful staff! Ask for Tino Trejo. He provides EXCELLENT customer service! Tino is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also very honest! He makes not attempts at upseling. He provides solid guidance and clearly wants to ensure the customer has all the information needed to get the result they're seeking. I have interacted with Tino multiple times and he is always professional and helpful. The store has an excellent flooring selection! The prices are very fair. The bonus is this is a family owned business!

We had carpet masters come clean our air ducts which was way past due. Allergies and our inhaler usage was at a all time high. Jerrod and I can't pronounce his name came out. They did a really good job, very professional, very kind and pleasant workers. It may sound unbelievable but I noticed a difference right away. This is very nice dropping off antihistamines and not maxing out our inhalers. This was a very good experience with good good results. I have no problem recommending them to anyone. We had an incredibly positive experience with Carpet Masters. I solicited three bids for my home carpeting. Empire Today, Home Depot and Carpet Masters. Right off the bat, Tino was extremely friendly and professional and the way he took the time to plan our job (we have lots of angles creating lots of waste) he was able to bid less carpeting than the other two vendors and saved us nearly $2,000. We bought high end Dream Weaver carpeting with the best pad available. It was virtually the same specs on the carpet and pad as Home Depot and Empire and significantly less, partly because he did a better more accurate job of planning and because they were better on price per SF. They installed in a way that minimized seams (although you can't find the ones that are there) and Saul and Jose who did
