Carpet Mill Direct Outlet

This is the third time was have used Carpet Mill and once again we are very pleased. Lori was extremely easy to work with and very professional. We had an issue and needed the work completed quickly. Our installers were great. Prices were great too. I would highly recommend.

Over the past 10 years they have installed carpet in 8 of the rooms in my house and they've been wonderful every time. The customer service and selection is great and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else for my flooring needs. If I could rate them higher, I would!

If not, they can ...most likely.. get it. They have Carpet, hardwood's, LVP, etc. The purchase, install and customer service is (like when they join 2 carpet pieces together) very seemless and easy! You will be thrilled with your new Carpet or flooring and you will absolutely make some great friends through the process. Stop by, meet the team, pick out your flooring and enjoy the process !!

Poor customer service. They sent someone out here to measure for a new floor 2 weeks ago but never followed up with a phone call. Why should I call after them. Moving forward!
