FIVE STARS!! We had a wonderful experience with Carpet One. Not only was the Customer Service on point but they were so quick and responsive in everything they did. If I had any questions they were so helpful and kind. Chris was very attentive to help out and answer as needed. Tracy was great to work and turned around the quote for our project within the day. 10/10 great people that work for Carpet One St. Augustine location. We were expecting the install to take a few days but they did EVERYTHING in ONE day!! We were blown away by their timeliness. The crew across the board was amazing. I definitely recommend everyone to reach out to Carpet One if they want a seamless experience. Here are some pictures of our beautiful floors.
My many experiences with the St Augustine Carpet One store have always proven to be positive. I first chose Carpet One to install white porcelain plank flooring throughout my home. The professional workmanship of the installers created a flawless and beautifully finished job. I do stop in the store frequently for whatever project I happen to be working on at the time... Chris from Carpet One is great. He always helps me in a professional, courteous manner. He will brighten your day as he brings light to everyone he meets.

Off to a bumpy start, we didn't have enough carpet on install day... However, the Carpet One folks came through the following week, exactly on time and as promised. They not only installed fast (as promised) they upgraded our order to the next level of carpet free of charge. We could not be more pleased with their professionalism and courtesy, especially Chris Smerelda (super polite and helpful). Also, the installers they sent were FANTASTIC. Very fast and you can tell they care about pleasing the customer. Very positive experience, we highly recommend.
