Super pleased I chose carpet one to replace carpet and padding in my grandmothers home. Tami is awesome to work with and a quick communicator. We all begged my grandmother to not pick a certain color but she didn’t listen (basically white) and sure enough a few days after the instal she decided she didn’t like the color. Luckily with the beautiful Guarantee .. FREE OF ALL CHARGES the carpet was replaced with a different color that we chose. So so so happy grandmother and all. Thanks guys!

Tammy and her husband went above and beyond . Spent all the time we needed to explain all the carpet selections . quality , pricing ,warranties exc . Tammy's husband even drove to Portland to pick up our carpet and deliver it so the installers could start early. I recommend carpet one over any other flooring company ther is . I started my flooring replacement with a big store which all of you know but I won’t call out. Then I was referred to Carpet One and it was a world of difference. Tami is extremely knowledgeable and busts her keister to find what you want. I was in a time crunch and she went above and beyond to meet my tight deadlines. The service and product knowledge is leagues ahead of the big stores. Additionally she found me an excellent floorer who also went above and beyond. Great people who care!

Tami was great to work with and had great knowledge to help us find flooring to go with our existing hardwood flooring. We installed a hardwood floor a few years ago and wanted to replace the carpet in the master bedroom with a wood flooring to match. The existing flooring is no longer available and we had trouble finding a wood to match. Tami found a engineered hardwood that closely matched and the end product is beautiful.
