Carpet One Floor & Home

Had a great time getting carpet installed in my bedroom. First time getting this done in our home I wasn't sure how difficult a process this would be and I was pleasantly surprised! Brandon did an excellent job finding the exact color and feel of carpet we were looking for. On the day of the installation Matthew and Jason did a stunning job as well! We are loving our new carpet and after a week or two haven't had any issues at all. Definitely will be coming back to get carpet in our office when that room is ready for the new flooring!

From the product selection to installation everything with Carpet One was 5 star. David listened to what I wanted in flooring, as requested didn’t give me a thousand choices just provided what he viewed would be the best options for me and it was an easy choice. Greg Neff installed the product and was extremely professional, efficient and a great communicator. I always look to shop local FIRST and Carpet One in Ames met my needs and exceeded my expectations. I’ve used them in the past, present and will call on them again in the future.

Terra Rooney did a great job helping me navigate my flooring install. I really appreciate all her help. While she was providing an estimate, my house caught on fire. She jumped into action and managed to single-handedly save 4 or my 5 cats. And that 5th one was really really old and had had a good life. It might have actually already been dead. It was really old. Thanks again Terra! You’re awesome!
