The carpet runner we ordered is the perfect choice for our home. Jay, our wonderfully talented installer, did a fabulous and seamless job matching up the pattern on the turn of the staircase. If I could leave a 0 review I would. I went there last Saturday hoping to look at some sheeting samples for my room. I found one I REALLY liked and went to Stephen at the desk and asked him about getting a quote. He asked me what size I need, and I told him the total size I need is for a 16' x 20' space. He told me they normally only go to 12, but possibly they could do a custom piece. He took my information, and told me that he'd have a quote for me by the end of the day, and that he would try to get it as close to 16x20 as he could. I didn't get anything that day, but no big deal, it was the weekend, surely he'll email me Monday right? Nope. I gave them until Wednesday before I called. Fantastic experience replacing carpet with luxury vinyl planks. Rocco gave us a number of great choices and didn't try to upsell us to anything we didn't need. Pricing was extremely competitive. The installers Steve and his assistant did a fantastic job with the carpet tear out and installation. They showed right on time worked efficiently and kept the job site very tidy the entire time.. They even added leveler to make everything perfectly flat and took care of some nail pops at no extra cost. All of the seams and transitions are perfect! They even had to work around a brick fireplace hearth, transition to existing hardwoods and every part was done to perfection! We are so pleased with the outcome.
