Hats off the CarpetOne Denver. From day one, Derek was just plain awesome to deal with. He took the time to come out twice to make sure the measurements were done perfectly and that his team was prepared for the install job. That's no small feat given that we live in the foothills. After ordering carpet, he kept us abreast of delivery timeline and other details. Then, he promised to send his best install crew and I'm convinced he did exactly that. Jose and Jonathan showed up and they are a father and son team who are excellent. They worked their tails off and did an absolutely 1st class job with what was a tricky install. Carpet One Floor & Home Decor Denver was exceptional! I bought a 75-year old house that needed a sewer replacement in a basement. Carpet One helped me plan my approach on how to deal with the concrete trench aftermath. Noel helped me understand the large variety of flooring choices. The crew led by Jose was phenomenal. They helped me prepare the floors - which was a big project! Carpet removal, tile removal, floor leveling. All with perfection. The new floors look perfect!
