beautiful showroom with a variety of flooring choices, and Seth was extremely helpful....listening to my wants and needs. I immediately decided I wasnt going to " shop around " anywhere else. He then promptly came to measure and the installation was scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. The whole process from start to finish was friendly, professional, timely and it looks beautiful ! I highly recommend Carpet One and their team !

From the start, their team was super helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us through the different flooring options. Diana was so helpful and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The installers were punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly skilled at what they do. They worked quickly but carefully, and the finished product looks amazing. The attention to detail — especially around corners and transitions — really impressed us.

The installers were courteous, clean, and clearly experienced - the craftsmanship really shows. Our new floors look amazing and have completely transformed the space.

We had new flooring added to existing flooring and they matched it up perfectly. Seth, Diane, the gentleman that delivered the materials for the job and the guys that actually installed it couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We just contacted them to do another job indoor/outdoor flooring for a lanai.

Got off to a rocky start to get the job scheduled, but Michelle, Seth and Diana helped get things resolved. The flooring product is great, the installation was quick, professional and very well done. My floor looks great! I highly recommend this store.
