Carpet One Floor & Home

Update: carpet one has NEVER tried to make it right. I have asked numerous times to speak to the owner and its always “ the owner is on vacation” Do not use this company. It has been nothing but a headache. At this point we are going forward and contacting a lawyer. I recently had brand new carpet installed in my home, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. The installers wore dirty shoes and had no protective gear, which resulted in dirt spots on my brand new white carpet. After weeks of back-and-forth with the sales manager, I finally got a carpet cleaning company (also associated with this company) to come out. Unfortunately, their cleaning made the situation worse, leaving spilled solution and dirty water all over my carpet, walls, and banister. Now, I've had to pay my

From start to finish, Hayden Griffin made our new install a breeze! I had requested samples ahead for new carpet of a library and 2 master suites, when I arrived, she showed those samples and alternatives, of which she was correct, better quality, beautiful carpet. Never pushy, she just knows her carpet! Totally professional, assisted with requirements for measurements in dealing with the manufacturer (Kane), keeping in touch throughput the process, a total joy to deal with from start to completion!

Our experience with Carpet 1 has been phenomenal. Robert is extremely helpful when choosing our product. We purchased twice from them with Carpet. There's a brand that's been around almost if not a hundred years old. This Carpet wears like iron. Just replaced our master closets with the brand. The older man and his son's were our installers. This older man knows his trade. Phenomenal installer. I only had Carpet installed this extremely well one other time. I personally like Carpet 1, over the big box companies. Thank you again Robert. Travis (Phillips Hwy store) did a wonderful job guiding me through this experience… and Junior and his crew were incredible installers. I replaced 3 rooms, which had been carpet, with LVP and I couldn’t be happier. So go see Travis (Tony was delightful too) and make yourself happy about your home again! 👍
