Marykay was wonderful helping us decide on the best carpet for our needs. She was very patient explaining the measuring and cost info. The 2 carpet layers were pleasant, very professional, and highly skilled in their craft. We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and pad, and the professional service all around. From start to finish, Carpet One has been amazing to work with. When we began, we weren’t sure what we wanted, but Cheyenne knew all the right questions to ask to narrow down what colors we were looking for, and worked really hard to find us MANY different options and samples until we fell in love with a tile in our price range. Once everything was set to go, the scheduling department called and gave us timelines for each crew to be working (tile tear out, tile layers, baseboards and, finally, carpet). Every crew showed up on time on the days they were scheduled, communicated clearly, and were all expert craftsmen in their respective fields. The highlight of my experience was working with Sara from Carpet One. She went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. Despite the 1,500-mile distance and a very narrow window of time, she facilitated a FaceTime call to assist me in selecting the perfect carpet for our home. I provided her with specific parameters, and she efficiently narrowed down the options to a few excellent choices. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was evident as she made the long distant decision-making process significantly easier for me.
