If you want heaps of frustration, then this is your place. They were extremely helpful with measuring the space, bringing samples and ordering the tile. That is about the only thing that went well. We hired them to remove the old tile and install new tile in our kitchen. The first crew did nothing to prep the area before they started grinding up the Thinset. I had prepped how they instructed, but since they didn't cover anything we had dust EVERYWHERE. All cabinets had to be emptied, all dishes had to be washed and all food items wiped down, even the walls had to be wiped down. Dust was also in all the connecting rooms and made it's way into my HVAC system. I am still cleaning out dust today. The crew damaged many of our baseboards and cabinets. Love my carpet! But installation and communication were poor. My stair case had to be redone 3 times. The owner did offer to redo a 4th time, but after 3 times- I’ve given up. I am very disappointed in my carpeting install. I have a few seams in obvious places that show. I was told just vacuum more and they will go away. NO they won’t… Bottom line is I wasted my money. Carpet downstairs and stairs looks poorly installed..

I purchased luxury vinyl for my home. Rachel was the sales rep. I picked a color/style and she assured me that carpet One stands behind their product and will fix any problems. It took three days to install. At the end of day one there was a large scratch in a plank in the kitchen. I contacted Rachel, and she assured me that the installer, Mario, would replace the plank tomorrow. Next day, Mario was cleaning that plank with a rag and assured me that he did replace it, he just needed to clean make sure there was no dust. I checked the plank and it was very clear that he had simply added color to the 3 inch long, deep scratch. So he lied to me when he said he replaced it. I sent Rachel pictures.
