I recently had flooring done and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was great to work with from start to finish.. professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the finished space looks fantastic. Beyond the work they do, they’re also genuinely great people who are very involved in and supportive of the community, which says a lot about who they are as a company. I have been working with Martin Tompkins I’ve been amazed with his knowledge of all the products at the store I am particularly interested in the wood floor products. There are so many different kinds . He spent quite some time helping me understand the characteristics of the different products. I was also so pleased with his help ordering product and getting the work scheduled and completed in such a timely manner . I’m a big fan!!

Shawn and Nathan arrived right on time on Wednesday morning to install Carpet One’s luxury vinyl flooring in 3 rooms of our home. A week earlier we spoke with Sandy at Carpet One. She showed us our options for flooring and fully explained the process. She came to our house and measured the surfaces. This entire exercise in having new flooring installed couldn’t have been easier! Shawn and Nathan were incredibly professional and the floors turned out beautiful and at a very reasonable cost!! We are so pleased with Carpet One and will definitely return for future flooring needs!

We had water damage to our home and had to replace our carpet and tile. We did both through Carpet One. With the help of Brandi, we were able to find both carpet and tile that was within our budget that was much higher quality than what we had found elsewhere. Also, she was able to match the new carpet closely to our old carpet, which we didn't replace upstairs or on the actual stairs. The pricing for both material and labor was great, and the work in all rooms (kitchen, pantry, dining room, master bedroom, living room, and hallway) was finished in one week, including cleanup. Couldn't have asked for better, more personal service to meet our needs, or for a more efficient tear-out and install.
