She responded to my email promptly and patiently helped me decide which remnant carpet to choose from their warehouse. She was accommodating in every way imaginable. I definitely plan to return!

We had another good experience with Carpet One in Wilmington. Customer service with Phil was top-rated. He returns phone in a timely fashion which can be rare today. He strives to appease the customer. The works were also very good - the 2-person came in and got straight to business. They even did a little extra for us. We had previous good experience with Carpet One in another city. We choose them over lower bids for the job. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from beginning to end! Doreen is wonderful. She helped me find a product that was gorgeous and affordable. The product delivery was exactly as she promised.
