Thank you Carpet One of Livermore for EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Just wanted to express our gratitude for Carpet One, Efrain Jauregui, Alfonso, Ozzy & Joseph. We did shop around a bit in Livermore only to discovered Efrain who completely understood our concerns. (Our floors were unleveled, buckled, wavy to say the least and not wheel chair compliant.) When he came over to discuss our concerns we knew he found the right man for our project. We selected the hardwood and moved into the various steps. DEMO: Our foreman was Alfonso and crew was Ozzy & Joesph. Alfonso had morning and mid day pow-wows to discussed the plan and focus for each day. We expressed our concerns as he guided us through the process. They cleared a room at a time and keep the are clean from debris & nails. Within a few day the
