Carpet One of Redding

So glad I stopped by here, it's definitely the nicest flooring showroom in Redding. They carry many products from manufacturers I didn't see at other flooring stores. We were particularly interested in some higher-end flooring options for our master suite, and we were not disappointed. I lost my home in the Camp fire last year and lost everything I collected over 80 years. I was lucky enough to have insurance and was able to purchase a new home in Redding. My son who has never remodled a home before turned to Carpet one for thier guidance and expertise to put new floors throughout my new home. Even after my son explainded that we were remodleing the kitchen to include new cabinets and counter tops Carpet One did not advise against putting the kitchen floor until the new cabinets were installed. They not only installed the new flooring but they also installed 3" molding on the cabinets that were being removed. At the time my son said Robyn would have the flooring fixed. Now that the cabinets have been installed I had to buy more material with the little money I have lef

Our salesperson Robyn was very helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. She took the time to make sure we purchased the right color and product for the job. The estimate was done in a timely manner. We were kept informed when the product would arrive and she had the installer scheduled accordingly. The installer was friendly and professional, arriving on time and got the job done. I'm not sure we've ever had a project that has gone as smoothly. We are very satisfied customers!

I haven't purchased my carpet yet, but the customer service is excellent. Robyn & Scott have been most helpful. We decided to paint first and redo our ceiling lights so carpet will be last. But the carpet choices, warranties & custom service at Carpet One have made it easy to choose where we will be purchasing our carpet.
