Carpet Pros

I had a great experience with carpet pros. Darryl was great communicating everything to get it scheduled. They were able to do the consultation via pictures which made it very convenient to my work schedule. I had my carpets repaired and cleaned. Both techs (one was David, I do not remember the other names unfortunately) were wonderful and worked quickly and diligently. They were mindful of my Home and animals here as well!

I wanted to share a positive experience I recently had with this carpet service company that truly stood out. I needed some carpet relaid in a bedroom before installing new hardwood floors throughout the rest of the house and reached out to Carpet Pros. The owner, Darryl, came out to assess the situation. He was incredibly knowledgeable and promised to provide an estimate and schedule later that day. Despite being booked beyond my required timeline, Darryl went above and beyond to fit me in, even if it meant doing the work himself. On the day of the job, Darryl came out to relay the carpet, and shortly after, Dave arrived to handle the cleaning. Dave was just as professional and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this company to

David arrived on time and proved to be friendly and professional. He took the time to double check our needs and determine which products would be needed. Additionally, he took enough time going over the stains and making sure he had cleaned everything the best possible. The final results were great! We will definitely call Carpet Pro again!

Great work by David our service technician. Our sectional looks brand new! He was so pleasant and explained everything he was doing as he went along. Very happy!!

Greg was very professional and on time. I had 2 wine stains and he removed them both. He also helped arrange my living room. Very pleased.
