When it was time to renovate our 20 year old shower we called Carpet Pros as they do much more than just flooring. We've used them for several projects in our house like vinyl plank. Mike came out and measured then shared a variety of samples and recommendations with us. He handled the scheduling of the demolition as well as the plumber and the install. The team has a great attention to detail to make sure everything came out right. The crew was professional and courteous always communicating what was going on. The job was done according to budget and schedule. Love these guys!

I interviewed several flooring places and Mike was the one that showed up on time, had samples and suggestions and gave me a quote that same day. It was his customer service skills that won me over.Once I chose him, he had his team, led by George, come out the very next business day. They worked 11 hours straight to get it all done in 1 day. To say I was impressed is not even close. They were amazing. They cleaned up when they were done and made sure to do a walk through with me to make sure I was happy. My floors are beautiful. I recently purchased a condo on Indian Rocks Beach and I live in Boston. I was a little nervous about the renovation because I had never met Michael but he came highly recommended. I walked in after the renovations and was very happy. He took down the popcorn ceilings, painted the entire unit and also installed LVP flooring. The condo looked totally different and is so light and bright and Iove the floors. Michael checked in with me almost every day and sent me pictures of the progress. Even after the last payment I needed help and he responded. I felt very lucky to have hired Michael for this job and I would highly recommend him. Debbie

My company manages over 1000 rentals in St Petersburg. Most are nicer homes. We've been working with Mike at Carpet Pros for over 10 years. Mike has helped with flooring installs for little studio apartments and multimillion dollar homes. He's done the floor in my personal home too. I cannot say enough about how easy it is to work with Mike and the install crew is professional and they work their tails off to make sure the customer is happy. I strongly recommend Carpet Pros.

I am very sorry to be writing this review. I had worked with this company 3 or 4 times before; had them put down carpeting and vinyl. I had always been satisfied with the job and the professionalism; I can't say that now. Recent experience: When a condo I managed needed flooring I called Mike. He came, brought samples, recommended glue down vinyl and we chose a vinyl, agreed on price , and date of install. When the day came ( 4 days later) that the material was to arrive, I called Mike to confirm. He was very evasive about when the material would be delivered- even when he had ordered it. He knew new tenants were moving in that weekend and said 'no problem. They can move in; we work around folks all the time'. I can now guess at why he wanted the tenants to be moving in: so no one would n
