We are out of town investors buying properties in wichita falls tx. We have been working with Jaime for will over 3 years now.... And just last week. Jaime let us down 👎🏼 on multiple properties. We needed flooring replaced. My partners and I thought 🤯 we had a good understanding and a work relationship with Jaime. Obviously come to find out we did not.. Jamie never returned or calls/ text also did not complete the jobs. I highly do not recommend this individual or his company (((JAIME CARPET PROS))) very Unprofessional And no TRUST or Integrity whatsoever. We have hired another flooring co. And hope to work together and build Trust ! I will also pass the wors around to my real estate investors and partners in wichita falls tx not to hire Jaime Carpet Pros BAD BUSINESS !

Carpet pros and Jaime were amazing! We called and they had the carpet installed in less than 24 hours. Quickest turn around ever and great pricing. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.
