very nice, professional and does wonderful work. takes the time to mend carpet fibers giving away from wear. great rate for his level of quality. would recommend to everyone. wil be using him again in the future.
They did not respond at all. Too bad we like to give busniess to local companies. I hope they are luck enough to be too busy to get to us. Our local economy needs a boost. 3 stars is netural...I don't know their situation and won't rate them lower.
