Carpet & Rug Superstore

My husband and I bought three rugs for our new home, and Jim was great to work with. The in-store selection is great, but not so crazy much that you’re just overwhelmed. We love all three, and you can tell how high quality they are the first time you wander around on them barefoot. I would definitely recommend them, and plan to look here for future rug purchases.

Jim Gardner really hooked it up. You will not find a better price on carpet and installation anywhere else! Installers were on time (10 am) and it only took them an hour & a half. Absolutely go here if you need carpet. We will be back to do our other rooms.

I had a really good experience with Jim the manager at the South Blvd Store. After several opinions and other quotes and financing offers, the Carpet and Rug superstore had the best service and deal. I feel good and it looks good too! Thanks everyone.

I highly recommend the Carpet and Rug Superstore. The rug and floor selections are extensive throughout the store and the prices are competitive which of course is important… however what sets this store apart from the other rug/floor stores is the unbelievable service. Jim, the store manager was everything and beyond what we expected and could have asked for. Unlike many store managers, Jim answered all of my phone calls or he returned all my calls promptly. In addition, his knowledge of the products, the manufacturers and the industry was super impressive and his patience with me was most appreciated. Jim was AWESOME in helping up pick out carpet for our bedrooms and a runner for our stairs. He had great recommendations and was so helpful. On install day, Miguel and his team arrived. They were AWESOME as well - they moved our furniture with care, were tidy and cleaned up after themselves, and did great work. Could not recommend this company and their all star team more! You will always have my business.
