Carpet Shop Ltd

Okay…we haven’t gotten our carpet yet so this review will need to be edited next week… We just moved to South Haven from Huntsville AL. I went to Menards for carpet and found something that would be good for our guest bedrooms. But I didn’t realize what a hassle it was going to be— even though they had plenty of this carpet in stock, because I am doing four bedrooms and two hallways, they recommended that I special order the carpet. All the cuts would be made at the factory and shipped to the house. I called the carpet installer who said he would come out to double check my measurements and so forth. But the carpet wouldn’t be delivered for about two weeks. I decided to check out the local carpet shop just to compare. I expected to be completely overwhelmed and for the prices to be quadr

Our experience with the Carpet Shop, South Haven, MI, was exceedingly positive from beginning to end. It all started with Lori in sales, Chris's ordering and storing of materials until we were ready to start demo, and ending with expert installation--awesome job, Les! And Les was done in 2.5 days! They get a full 5-star recommendation.

Freindly people. The burber carpet installed is great but be careful if you do the 'transition strips' yourself. I was told to have just so much plank flooring gap up to the line where the carpet starts. They didn't give me good instructions and when I drilled the first screw, the carpet unravelled. Their contractor could have gave some prior advice. Then they charged me to have their contractor come back and repair the carpet. The plank flooring they sold me isn't as good as some flooring sold at Menards. Didn't lock together so well. Looks good though.

I called to ask a question and the man that answered the phone was rude.
