Carpet Tech did a great job on our old Midland brick floors. Dakota and his assistant stripped and cleaned and applied a matte sealer, a 5.5 hour job, 600sqft, and diligently worked every minute. They scrubbed every grout line! The estimate was the final bill, no surprises. Expect to call them in for the next job, wood floors.

Everything was great! From scheduling via text being extremely polite and responsive and answering any and all questions thoroughly to the trucks tracker to know exactly when they will arrive to the service from Dakota and his guy who assisted in giving thorough details of what will happen, how it will be cleaned and again answering any and all questions politely and throughly. Upon completion they were able to get every ounce of smell out of the carpets which is what it needed and it smells like a brand new house. It was great and I will definitely be using them again and also recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again, Carpet Tech!

Dakota and Henry did an amazing job! They were nice and professional. They discussed the price break down before beginning and asked if I had any question. They were quick and thorough. My carpets look so much better! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The service itself was very good. When I moved out of a rental home before purchasing the house I own now, I needed the carpets cleaned, and Carpet Tech did a great job. The quality of the work was solid and I had no complaints about the actual service. My only issue has been the frequent marketing phone calls afterward. My current home does not have carpet, so I no longer need those services. I would appreciate being removed from the call list. Overall, good service — just wish the follow-up marketing was less persistent.
