I took time to edit my review because Christian took the time to handle issues I had. I went in person, he was polite, made no excuses and made arrangements. The installers unfortunately did not follow thru. I left a review and Christian immediately contacted me and went above and beyond to assist while remaining professional and made no excuses which I appreciate fully. He even did more than he said he would when we discussed the resolution over the phone. Things happen and accountability is what matter most in my opinion. Reading other reviews when there are issues I notice accountability is taken and that does not happen often. Thanks Christian for resolving the issue. I never had issue with quality of material and I’m overall happy with my purchase. I have great flooring.

Pricing was in line with what I expected. The sales people were very helpful but weren’t pushy at all. Easy to schedule the install and they did a really nice job. Really high quality carpet and padding. My pictures aren’t great but it looks and feels fabulous in person

I'm in love with my stairs and Master bedroom again. Great job by Carpet & Tile Mart and Jeremy's install team. Good price, prompt, and meticulous. Couldn't be happier with the end product.

I loved my experience at Carpet Mart in York . Mark, my Salesman was excellent. He was very informative, about the differences in the carpet blends and how they wear. He also suggested the perfect padding for my carpet. He was happy to look at different options for my final sale. Most of all he was genuine, concerned about my needs and wants and confident of my concerns. I will always go to Carpet Mart because of the quality and experience I have had and continue to have !! We came into the store, looking for a carpet runner and were assisted by Jessica. Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions about the runner and much more. I highly recommend.
