Excellent customer service from Mike in educating me on their floor products and helping me make a decision. I selected Acacia Tiger's Eye luxury vinyl. The floors look great and their contracted installer worked hard, fast and I am pleased with the installation. One star off because while Mike did tell me the quarter round was only primed and would need a coat of paint, it arrived filthy and with very dark streaks across most of them. I had to first clean all 28 of them before I could paint. Then they all required two coats of Sherwin Williams paint, and about 1/3 of them required 3 coats, to cover the dark black streaks. I would have never bought them had I viewed them first. My suggestion would be to view the quarter round first or buy them somewhere else. It was disappointing and a lot

This is always our first stop when shopping for tile and carpets, and usually our last stop. Excellent prices, friendly and knowledgeable sales people, and wide selection. They can order almost anything. They have gone the extra mile, spending time looking for remaining stock of discontinued tile.

I went to Carpet and Tile Warehouse in Vero Beach, Fl and was greeted by Kim. She was extremely helpful in helping me select samples of vinyl flooring to take home. I returned again and again for a month searching for the perfect floor receiving help fro Mike and Dave. Their knowledge of vinyl flooring was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them. About a month ago, I started looking online for a new carpet for my condo in Florida. After much research I found what I was looking for in color, quality, style and price. Went to several stores here in town - none of them have it. Following the recommendations of the Carpet Professor's website, I decided to try Carpet & Tile Warehouse in Vero Beach, Fla. What at GREAT store. Mike (the salesman) was very helpful, and I ended up purchasing the same carpet with a different manufacturer at a lower price. The carpet that I purchased was soft green, from the Shaw Industries in nylon, Willow Tree color. It's soft, bring me the feeling of balance, peace and relaxation. We just got our new floors installed and we selected a lvp by Proximity Mills because of its zero voc feature. We drove 5 hours (both ways) to Carpet & Tile to make sure we liked the color and style we selected; it was worth it because: 1. the samples are really small, 2. the virtual illustration does not show the true colors, 3. we learned a lot about Proximity Mills products and flooring overall talking to Debra. She is great, we got there 10 minutes to closing time on a Saturday, but Debra stayed there showing us multiple options and tips when having our lvp installed. We left around 5pm. We are planning to redo our master bathroom within the next 18-24 months using Proximity Mills tiles.
