I had my kitchen counter top installed by this company and they did a beautiful job, we did shop around and kept coming back here. They are on top of appointments, providing with any assistance needed, customer service is key. Plus the quality of the material is on point, but most important is the work they do, putting all together! It's is worth every penny. I recommend them 👌

I purchased granite counter tops for my kitchen. I first had them install beautiful black granite on just my large island and it was so outstanding that I then decided to replace all the other counter tops in my kitchen. We used a contrasting "African Rainbow" granite for all the other counters. This was a difficult and complicated job but they did an outstanding beautiful job installing the granite. The entire kitchen is gorgeous and I am extremely pleased with the quality and service.

I don't know quality of work but you must realize I have never done a review EVER. You might luck out and get a decent tile job/price at C&TW, but the problem is Irene (manager) and her customer service!!! I attempted to return tile due to possible red exposure of tile base after cutting and IRENE and I discussed returning the tile for in-store credit a few days after my purchase that following Saturday. I had hired two guys to do my installation who use to work for C&TW, (I did not know this) till that day. She Irene (they) ran off their friend who had never ever met/seen or been to C&TW from the premises who was returning my tile and told her so. She then lied to my credit card company with "I am going to give him in-store credit!" SO, my Chase credit people could not give me a

I remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms with granite counter tops and sinks. The salesperson and installers were always courteous and helpful, to the point of going beyond of what was expected. The remodeling came out very good and I am very pleased with the entire process. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend Granite, Carpet and Tile World.

Horrible customer service. Doors continue to be locked, even at this time of COVID. Sales lady, Irene, is very unprofessional, very rude. She acts as if she's doing you a favor by letting you in the store & showing you her products. This store is not in the business of selling.
