Eleanor is an extremely kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate person and has made this the easiest process possible. My partner and I just purchased our first apartment and wanted to get the living room and master bedroom carpeted. Can't recommend enough! We wanted to install Coretec LPV and saw that Carpet Time was an authorized installer and dealer. From the beginning, their team was super responsive from Eleanor (owner and main contact) to the installation team, they were extremely kind, thorough and willing to be flexible with us. Would 100% work with them again in the future for any flooring and carpeting needs.

I had a great experience working with Eleanor and her team at Carpet Time. She was very knowledgeable and walked us through the best carpet options when you have kids and pets. Update! I am now a returning customer to carpet time, I ordered 3 area rugs after my amazing experience with my stair runner. I can’t recommend Eleanor and the team there enough. The carpets looks absolutely fantastic, the installers were fast and courteous and I will definitely be returning for any future carpet installation!

I had an area rug made for the living room. Eleanor helped us pick out the rug and helped us decide on the size. The rug came out amazing. Great customer service was outstanding. Our go to for all our carpet needs.
