They helped us replace an old stair runner with a new one and truly guided us every step of the way. When it was time for our measurement appointment, Bruce was very punctual and efficient. It was clear that Steve had passed on all of our information to Bruce and Bruce came prepared, which was not our experience with some of the other vendors we met with. Bought carpet for our home theater room from Carpet & Vacuum Expo and they were great. They took the time to chat with us to find out our needs and preferences and then narrowed our search to a few options (out of a huge selection - saving us time).
