They even came out the next day and finished our staircase + custom landing carpeting in just three hours, leaving everything tidy. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process!

Truly the best! I’ve used them for wood flooring and this is now my 3rd carpet order from them. Joanne is so helpful in choosing the best item for your price point. Liz comes to take the measurements and Patrick coordinates with the team to schedule. I picked out my carpet on Friday and it was installed by Thursday of next week! When the job turned out to be more challenging than originally planned because of the vinyl underneath, they coordinated with the team and rescheduled for the next day. They were so nice about it! I’m so grateful and happy with how the carpet looks in our basement.

Awesome experience ordering from here. They were helpful and worked with us to help us find what we want. We ordered carpet and installation and LVT for pickup. Carpet installers were late but did an awesome job and things look great. Pick up for the laminate was super easy and kid in the store that day helped me to carry out no problem. Would definitely recommend.
