I've never posted a review like this before, but felt the need to warn others. Four years later, my LVP flooring is completely ruined and coming up at the seams quite literally. I brought the installation issues to management's attention within 9-10 months of the install date to try to get a remedy in place. This is when the issue first started appearing, and has only continued since. Carpet World sent their own contractor out to review who agreed the installation was the issue. He said it was the worst installation they he'd seen to date. However, the final contractor that Jason (owner) brought out said it was water damage. This was after Tony (2nd contractor who did the install) came out and found many, many issues that ultimately he was responsible for as the installer. It seemed intere

They are very fast and efficient, and the price was very good. They are wonderful people to work with. I will be returning to get more rooms in my house carpeted.

Had a small project we were needing help with to help one of our handicap customers and Jason hooked us up with such generosity, professionalism, and kindness. The Lord worked through these people this Thanksgiving holiday, and we are more than thankful for them!

The absolute worst experience you will ever have with flooring. We paid them $7800, they have had to redo the floor three times and it is still coming apart in multiple places. Jason is now refusing to come and make it right. He says “I’ve already replaced it”. Yes sir you have and it is worse than it was the first time. He has been claiming for months he is “waiting on the insurance”, but we received documentation from State Farm that he did not have proper coverage and they would not cover the claim. At that point it goes back to the owner of the company to make things right and he refuses to do so. And when you go in to talk to him about it, he tells you to leave his store.they also ruined the trim in the rooms they were working I, but refuse to admit that either.

We could not be happier or more grateful for the beautiful flooring y’all installed in our rent property! … Everyone is so kind and professional! We won’t use anyone else for our flooring needs!
