from going to the store and picking out my product to having them come and install it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was knowledgeable. The prices were wonderful and the installers were terrific. Don was the greatest help in picking out our product and Javier the installer did an excellent job and worked with us when we had any questions

Don at Carpet World was wonderful to work with! He patiently answered ALL of my many questions, wasn’t your typical pushy salesperson, but was extremely helpful throughout the process. And our installers were amazing! They couldn’t have been more polite and respectful! Their work was perfect and they were actually a joy to have in the house! (Also, they left absolutely NO mess behind!) And..,we love our new LVP flooring! We will be back to Carpet World soon for carpet for our upstairs!

Extremely pleased with the customer service, carpet selections, and subsequent installation! Don listened to our concerns about needing a soft but durable carpet and directed us to several choices at different price points that would best fit our needs. Scheduling installation was simple and installation was fast. We’re very happy with the end result!

We purchased carpet from Carpet World on Cedar Rd to install in a little more than half our home (4 bedrooms, hallway & stairs). The purchase experience was fairly easy and accommodating. The lady that measured was super nice, and worked within the schedule we had. However, the install was another story. The two guys that did the install were nice enough. I have no complaints with their professionalism but, the job they did was sub-par. They left visibly noticeable seams, one of them was even injured (we didnt know it at the time) and had cut himself, and we found wet blood on my daughters white dresser because of it that we had to clean up (gross!).
