Carpet World

I have used Carpet World twice over the last 22 years. From carpet to tile, they have a good selection and good quality. Mike, John and the staff have always been very nice and considerate. The installation appears to be done well as my last major floor install has lasted 20 years. I have noticed however it appears they may not have used the recommended amount of compound under the tile they installed. While removing the tile, they are coming right up with most tiles only being held by grout. It worked but now wondering if they have skimped on me. The carpet they installed has held together well and no real complaints there. I am trying them again and we will see how this round goes. To be continued......

Mike and the team at Carpet World did a great job on the wood look laminate flooring we had installed at my parents house. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a product likely to be available locally to be able to beat our deadline of install. The crew they sent out to install 7 days after purchase were fantastic. They even did a couple things not included in the quote for my elderly parents because they are just great guys. I will be going back to carpet world when I shop for flooring for my own home next year.

THEY DO NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY!!!!! Called a couple weeks ago and was told to call back to speak to Mike. I explained I live 45 mins away but the property for the carpet job is 15 mins from y'all. I do not want to come in the show room, just recommend something general and wears good. I am easy going and will be okay with what we agree on over phone. I am sure Mike can work something out being you are so far. Well today I call and Mike is willing to work with me unless I am able to come to the showroom. Okay so unwilling to go measure and give me a price on a popular mid-grade choice. You install and we pay. No Mike will not take the easiest sale in his life. No Mike does not want my business. I hope the owners know that Mike just sent away potential forever customer. I guess the

John was very helpful. The installation crews were very professional and very quick. Took 1 day to re-level, move all furniture, lay the new wood floors and replace all the furniture in 2 rooms. Took a half day for the carpet crew to remove the old carpet, move all of the furniture, lay the new carpet and replace the furniture. I was very happy with the work done and beyond the moon with how the new flooring looks in our house. I will definitely be using Carpet World again when I have to replace the flooring in the 3 remaining rooms. I will also recommend them to anyone I know looking for flooring
