Sherry and her staff did a wonderful job replacing the carpet for us. They were able to fit us in very quickly and did an amazing job. Sherry was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of!

We made the right choice when we went with Carpetland USA in Christiansburg for the flooring needs of our house expansion project. Mike Collins was our primary contact, and everyone there provided great support. Mike worked closely with our contractor, coming on site several times to make sure we selected the best materials and colors, measurements were accurate, and that installation went without issue for our 3000 sq-ft addition. Mike worked with the manufacturers and got us some great prices. The results are fantastic! We highly recommend Mike and all the crew at Carpetland!

It’s been a month since my new LVP was installed and I can’t express how happy I am with my decision to replace my older darker vinyl planks. Paige Angelo worked with me and offered multiple options for colors, styles and textures. She was never pushy and listened to me about what was best for my home and pets. Once the decision was made, Diaz and his partner worked tirelessly to ensure the installation met my expectations. They did an awesome job with the flooring and baseboards, then returned all my furniture to its respective place and cleaned everything up before leaving that evening. I will definitely return to the Christiansburg store for any future projects and would recommend them to anyone. Job well done!

Mike (salesman) and Rob (installer) were both absolutely great to work with. The process was handled exceptionally well from start to finish. We even had an issue with some of the flooring containing scratches during the start of the project and Mike came out to the house to assess the situation and then Rob ended up replacing the entire section of flooring that was damaged. We are more than pleased with the end result and for the price you can't beat it! Also, Rob is an amazing installer who has a ton of experience and was able to make suggestions and necessary adjustments on the spot. Would definitely recommend this Carpetland store to a friend and highly suggest working with both Mike and Rob.

Mark came out to install our carpet and it looks amazing. He had to correct many problems that Lowe's had created so it wasn't an easy job. He explained everything during the process to make sure I was happy. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is excellent. Thank you, Mark, for doing an exceptional job!
