I had a great experience working with Carpets by Conrad. We were able to find multiple carpets we liked. The ordering process was simple and done over text. Carpet arrived within a few days and was promptly installed by a team of skilled employees. We are very satisfied with the job they have done.

Our non-profit is working to transition our building to a new owner and so flooring and baseboards for our building was a top priority fix. Working with Tim and his team at Carpets By Conrad was a great decision! They really went above and beyond providing an affordable quote for carpet tiles, allowed us to place a deposit and take our time to work through our lengthy approval process with the state entities, etc. Once work began it was SUPER fast with the team completing the large rooms in 2.5 days and top quality work throughout. From estimate to disposal of old carpet, to a professional job at installation, our group is very happy that we decided to work with Carpets by Conrad.

Great experience! Tim was very knowledgeable...answered all our questions and was very patient as we changed our minds a few times. We refloored our entire home...replaced the tile, carpets, baseboards and redid our stairs. Tim got us a great deal on engineered hardwood which we absolutely love! The install crew was phenomenal! Moved furniture...covered everything in plastic...added felt pads to the furniture so it wouldn't scratch the new floor! They were very conscientious and always cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Carpets By Conrad.
