Rick Riggs is awesome to work with. We had an error occur on our flooring and Rick went above and beyond to help us solve this situation. I would recommend Carpets Direct for all flooring needs. They are the best!!! We have ordered carpets and hardwood flooring from Rick and have always had exceptional service and pricing was affordable for our budget!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience and highly recommend! I mostly appreciate that the owner, Rick, stands behind his company. There was a manufacturing issue with the carpet that was installed in our basement. When the manufacturer neglected to take care of the issue, Rick ate cost for tear-up, installation, and all new carpet. The team/ employees at Carpets Direct were all wonderful to work with, including Carolyn, who helped rectify the issue. The installers were also enjoyable— they were on time, respectful, and kind to my children. We will be returning for any future flooring needs, and I HIGHLY recommend!
