Just had my stairs and upstairs loft carpeted. Installed on time and called 30 minutes prior. Much improved over the original spec carpeting. So I shopped around a bit for carpet and was going to go with a quote I received from Lowes. I stopped in Carpets Galore and was told they would beat the quote and provide the same style of carpet. I have to admit I made the decision quickly and not even 24 hours later had buyers remorse. I reached out to them the next day and asked to cancel the order. The owner actually reached out to me directly and asked if he could do anything to make me feel better about the purchase. I went back in and selected something that fit our home better. He was cool with everything even though my first selection was in-stock and my second selection was a special order. He gave me the same price and when the carpet arrived yesterday I was impressed.
