I have used Carpet N More for over 12 years. I have had a few snags but the products have always been great. I recently used them and have been dealing with an associate by the name of Geoff. He was very professional and communicated every step of the way with me throughout the process. He even responded on his days off. I am looking into having a bar built and there were several snags already but once again, Geoff has stepped in to assist and see this project through. Carpets n More are so lucky to have an employee like him or I would’ve gone to another company to complete this particular project. If this review was based solely on Geoff it would’ve been 5 stars. I’ll update my review once my bar is completed. Thank you Geoff for your amazing customer service!!

Decided that it was time to get my carpets changed, so Carpets N More was my choice! A bit overwhelming when I saw the dozens of options they had to choose from. I thought it was going to be a breeze- Nope ! There were alot of steps to be taken to make the right choice ! Paul, Lyle and Steve were very attentive and accommodating through the entire process. Paul communicated with me throughout the measuring , guidance with picking a color, and when there was a slight delay in delivery. ( one day later) Steve gave his expertise about the texture, depth , comfort and durability of all of the carpets that would suit my budget and lifestyle. Lazy installers. I’m extremely disappointed with the carpet installation in my home. The workmanship was unacceptable from start to finish. The seams are visibly crooked, there are noticeable ripples and bubbles throughout the rooms, and some areas look like they were rushed with no attention to detail. What’s worse is that these problems were obvious the moment the job was “finished.” This wasn’t a minor mistake—this was careless, unprofessional work that now needs to be torn up and redone. For the money I paid, this quality is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for carpet installation. Save yourself the frustration and avoid the mess I’m dealing with now.

1 star Cabinet install and 5 star carpet install. Designed and ordered in early December. Install at the beginning of January. Install still left unfinished through late March. Carpet install, timeline, and price was great. The cabinet install was 5 stars Couple problems with the cabinet install: 1) Handles were crooked. I had to bore the holes in opposite directions in order to realign all the handles. 2) I sent every dimension paperwork for all the cutouts of my appliances. A) they completely screwed up the refrigerator wall. I had to remove the cabinet doors in order to get the refrigerator in. Then I had to chop the bottom off the cabinet doors to get them back in place. It was undoable to move the cabinets closer to the roof. B) the oven and microwave cabinet box cutouts were comple
