We recently purchased carpet from Carpets of America, and had a great experience from start to finish. Caleao was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed. The installation was done by Robert and Josh, who were professional, punctual, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. It was a pleasure working with the whole team!

Please go somewhere else don’t make our same mistake . They installed carpet and flooring in our kitchen. Kitchen floor was not installed properly and started to separate and carpet started to separate in areas it was cut within a couple of months . Their installer told us he would do the kitchen floor as well and when I contacted them regarding the separation I was told there was no warranty because their carpet installer was not certified to install LVP …… we were not told that and thought it was all the same company so we were scammed on that part. I was told I would get an at cost for replacement floor and my quotes were higher than other competitors and so now I’m warning others .

Just had carpets done through Carpets of America. They had a great selection, great price, and a quality install. They also got the carpets installed within two weeks or paying for the carpet. We noticed the metal transition to our bathroom had cracked during the installation and they came and fixed it. We also purchased laminate wood floor planks through them. One of the boxes was cracked and they replaced it. The replacement box had a small crack and they end up letting us have it for free. Jason, Heidi, and Fai were all great to work with. Communication was great too. We love our new floors!
