Carpets of Elmhurst

We had a great experience working with Ken and Carpets of Elmhurst. We needed a runner for our wood stairs and Ken had some good recommendations based on our budget and needs. We then got the carpet installed pretty quickly after our initial visit to the store. Ken was a pleasure to work with and would recommend this business to anyone looking for carpets!

We had a fantastic overall experience with Carpets of Elmhurst. Ken provides top notch customer service for all clients. Quality of work and customer experience is prioritized here and I do not believe the experience would have been matched at a big box retailer. I do not write a lot of reviews; however, before our job was finished I was already planning to make sure I complete one for Carpets of Elmhurst. If you need carpet or have other flooring needs, do not hesitate to stop in and talk with Ken.

Absolutely the best. Period. Ken is a rarity these days when it's increasingly difficult to find service providers in which you can truly trust their honesty, transparency and quality of service. Ken and his team are very polite and helped my family out when our basement flooded in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond to fit in the work between jobs knowing I had an aggressive timeline for the installation. The quality of the pad and carpet has transformed our basement to a much nicer space than we had previously. Their attention to detail and willingness to do the job complete was appreciated like patching the concrete channels and installing with virtually zero damage to existing molding. 100% will be using Carpets of Elmhurst for future rooms.
