Very disappointed. Installer left a terrible mess after placing our carpet. We were disappointed but cleaned it up ourselves and didn’t think much of it. A few days later, we discovered that the installer didn’t pound any of the nails down around the trim, after my 4 year old son unknowingly stepped on one! After looking it over, we found out the whole circumference of our living room is a strip of sharp nails. We called the company to resolve the issue, but were told “You can just take a hammer and pound those in”. 😳 We never heard back from the owner about getting a refund/reduction in price for this half-completed job. Not happy.
