It started off by visiting the showroom. Lots of selection of all types of flooring. We decided to go with LVP. Eric sent us a sample to lay in the kitchen to validate our choice. His concern was making sure we were happy with our choice, offered his own opinion when sought, and offered to have additional samples sent, if needed, to make sure we got what we wanted. Outstanding personal service. Almost the entire main floor was replaced. Originally, a mixture of hardwood and carpet was replaced with LVP in 5 of the 6 rooms. Todd and Eric did a great job. Having moved everything off the main level in advance, the entire removal and install took just 2 days. As soon as the crew arrived and stepped foot in the house, the carpet was already being removed by one, while a quick overview

Great place for flooring. We are completing a new home build. We checked out several companies locally as well as iin Idaho Falls. We also found some LVP flooring that we liked at one of the big box stores. After checking out a couple of local companies in Star Valley, we settled with Carpets Plus in Thayne. They have a great selection, we found a color and look that was better than everything we had seen anywhere else. The pricing for the product and install was excellent. Jonathan was the sales representative that we worked with. He was very knowledgable and responsive throughout the process. The install was top notch in every respect. We highly recomend Carpets Plus in Thayne.

Carpets Plus and Colortile in Thayne and Afton are amazing. I had bought some flooring at a big box store and while beautiful, the quality is nothing compared to what we got from Colortile. Eric was awesome to work with. Definitely a situation to under promise and over deliver. I had a situation that I needed floors done quickly. They listened and accommodated. This made a very stressful time a bit less chaotic. Will definitely be going to them for all my future flooring needs.Retired Police K9 Beck approved as well.

Kind, very professional, fast/quality work. Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in Wyoming. They make you feel like a friend and valued customer from the moment you walk in the store. They’re knowledgeable and have quality materials. They also take care of military! Despite a full schedule, they worked me in fairly quickly and got the work done fast to replace really old, deteriorating carpeting that would have harmed my family. I’ve had a hard time securing work for my home, especially work that is quality. These guys are it for flooring. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. It’s been a year and there isn’t one issue I’ve had or one flaw I can pick out. Wish all companies were like this one!
