Great customer service! Highly recommend for any flooring needs. We got carpet installed in both our basement and living room. Very pleased with the outcome and Kodiak was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He did not try and up sell us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be returning for future flooring needs!!

I could not be happier with my new flooring from Carpet’s Plus!!!!! From the beautiful, top quality LVP flooring, to the pet proof carpeting, to the sales person, Kodiak, to the installers (Dylan and Krista), to the carpet installer, I send a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!! Despite a small glitch in the height of the floor, Kodiak and Carpets Plus stood behind me as a customer and quickly and professionally resolved the issue . The floor was even completed on the day promised!🙂 The installers (Dylan and Krista), were quick, neat, competent and a pleasure to have in my home for five days. They left my house cleaner than it was when they began the project! If I need any further flooring or bathroom tiles or any comparable product, I will see Kodiak at Carpet Plus, Madison East.
