We had a wonderful experience with Carpets and Us from start to finish. Carol was incredibly helpful in bringing our vision to life for the stair runner going both upstairs and downstairs. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly understood what we were looking for. The pricing was very reasonable, and the installation was completed quickly and professionally. We absolutely love how our stairs turned out and couldn’t be happier with the results. We would highly recommend Carpets and Us for any future projects and will definitely be returning ourselves!

Words can’t describe how incredible Nancy and Carol are as people and experts at what they do! I had a mold issue in my place and health issues and needed a very healthy made carpet. Right away from my first phone call with Nancy, she steered me away from a more expensive and coarse brand I had researched and helped me find a more reasonably priced brand that was just as safe for people with chemical sensitivities. That’s how I knew I wanted to buy my carpets from her! I called many other stores and she was the only one to treat me with such compassion, care, and understanding. Great experience. Went in to look...look for new stairs carpeting and 1 small room carpet....Got lucky found something there....so paid and installed...same day. Honestly enjoyed the experience lots of laughs chatting with Nancy and Carol in the store. We live nearby never went in ....next time we need floor or carpet we will definitely go back. Oh and installers were great, very hard workers!
