I recently had flooring put in my home in Williamsville. Bob and Leah were incredible to work with, beautiful job, fair pricing. I also had my carpet ripped out and I did not want to pay extra for the haul away because they have contracted installers that require of full clean after removing carpet. Simply put it the curb, called my town for large pick up and now my house is beautiful to entertain for the holidays. Merry Christmas 🎄

Had hardwood installed a few years back,it was perfect. Beautiful job. Installed perfect. Very happy. I had my bathroom and family room done this last summer. Horrible. Messy, cracked in bathroom. Not same person who installed. Cut floor on a bucket in my house with a very bad dull hand saw. My house is full of sawdust and floor is all chipped on cut ends. I called to complain but never heard back. Sloppy and unprofessional.

Couldn’t wait to do this review. I’m shocked at the pleasant experience I had with Carpet Smart from beginning to end! After a major flood in my basement, I wasn’t sure which way to go on flooring. Bob took his time, explaining options without any sales pressure. He was upfront with me about delays, before placing order, so I was shocked at how quickly the luxury vinyl tile came in. Next came Mike and son to install it. He gave me a date, and arrived promptly at 9am the first day, and 8:30am the second day. Once again, so pleasantly surprised that anyone today shows up on time. Work was done neatly and quickly. I would recommend Carpet Smart all day, and truly appreciate what was an extremely stressful event (the flooding) turned into a very easy fix. Now I need a painter! Hope I can find

Bought some cheap flooring after i was told it was 12 mil. John lied to our faces & it was extremely flimsy & such a terrible product. When i went back to return a case i told him my issue & he proceeded to say " Well i don't want people like you coming back in this store" DON'T YOU WORRY BUD! Honestly trying to do the better thing by giving a local store business can bite ya in the rear. Home depot or Lowes it is next time. Terrible service!

My wife and I were looking to have our tile floor replaced and new LVP installed. We selected the floor we liked and spent quite some time asking the salesperson (John) questions about the product and detailed questions about the installer removing our existing floor, what that entailed and cost. He explained they could move our appliances and that a new sub-floor had to be installed before the new floor was installed. We gave him exact measurements based on a professional who had measured our space previously for us.
