I had Jacob and his friend diagnose my tankless water heater the other day. Jacob took my $125 for diagnosing the problem which Fidelity Warranty needed in writing and then needed the bid. I needed the bid also so I would not lose the $125 I paid Jacob for the diagnosing the problem. My warranty company will not reimburse me for $125 unless I get a bid. Jacob knows all of this. Jacob let me know that the price would be $4500 for everything and promises to email me the bid. Now he won't answer any texts or phone calls unless I call from a number he does not know. He understands that I lose $125 without his bid. He has ignored and does not care about spending approximately 15 minutes for $125 and ripping off a disabled person. He has done this to other people. Jim came out on a recall from a previous plumber sent by our warranty company to correct a problem the other company did not fix. He gave us the white glove treatment. I have even called American Home Shield to let them know how pleased and grateful we are for the service we received. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Especially emergencies.

Jim was a lifesaver. I have had a water heater problem for over a year and he met me at the house in a time convenient for me and initially solved the problem. It turned out another issue needed to be resolved and he went out of his way to make sure that problem was fixed the same day. He also fixed my toilet which was never originally mentioned. All of his work was excellent, I gained some valuable knowledge on water heaters, and he was very reasonable with the costs. He's the best and I highly recommend him.

Scammer. Do not trust this guy. I've reported him for fraud. He has no clue what he's doing and keeps having to return wanting payment every time until eventually he stops returning your calls and ignores you when his botched job breaks yet again. Thanks to him I'm now paranoid and don't trust anyone to do repairs. He came to my house four times to repair my water heater and every single time it just broke again, the last time replacing it with a new one which costed a fortune, which still broke after only a few months because he didn't install it correctly. Also leaves a huge mess behind that I'm expected to clean up. I can't afford to deal with as*h&les like this.. mentally, emotionally or financially.

Amazing plumber showed up within 15 minutes, extremely fast reliable n put in a new disposals got me a deal n warranty!! Very professional kin!
